Wellington Insight Meditation
We are a sangha (community) of Buddhist meditation practitioners in beautiful
Te Whanganui-a-Tara.
If you have experience with Insight Meditation and want to practise in a community, you are very welcome to come along to our regular sangha nights and events.
Those new to practice are invited to first join us for an introduction course to get their practice going.
