Sharda Rogell– Sharda is the primary teacher of our teacher Landa and offers a wealth of resources on her website.
Jill Shepherd– Jill teaches Insight Meditation in New Zealand and overseas. She publishes a regular newsletter and has listed many resources on her website.
Original Nature– A Wellington based group offering mindfulness, energy work and somatic practices. Their teacher Erin Taylor facilitates regular online meditation sessions as well as Saturday afternoon workshops during the year. You can find further info on their website.
